The motivation for this eduactional project was, on the one hand, the desire to substainly prepare future industrial engineers for professional activities in the field of project management, and on the other hand to actively deal with social challenges such as digitla transformation, as well as gaining social and environmental responsibility.

The teaching concept has been organized into sub-areas: baseline, idea, order, planning, implementation and realization of projects. In the first phase, students independently developed three project ideas that were to be charitable and carried out for one semester on a regional basis.
