Declaration on accessibility
The Faculty of Business, Economics and Industrial Engineering endeavors to make its websites f-w.hszg.de and sco-tti.hszg.de accessible.

The legal basis is the Disability Equality Act (BGG), the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG), the Saxon E-Government Act (SächsEGovG) and the Act implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public bodies (Barrier-free websites law - BfWebG).

The standards for accessibility are the guidelines for accessible web content (WCAG - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 at level AA, which were published in the W3C Recommendation (Web Standard) (criteria of the European standard EN 301 549, version 2.1.2) as well as the further developed BITV 2.0 (barrier-free information technology regulation).

The website is based on a central technical code base that has already been checked several times and adapted to the requirements of accessibility. It is currently not fully compatible with the technical requirements of the BITV 2.0 regulation. Our code base is regularly revised to further improve the accessibility of the site.
