With use of e-learning methods, future specialists should besides experise gain social-communicative nad personal skills, skills in activity and action, as well as digital skills.

To this end, explanatory videos will be prepared as the part of teaching and learning strategy. Their goal is to convey difficult content in a simple way, allowing the viewers to acquire expertise.

The preparation of these videos by students themselves, i.e. research, planning and video production, allows the students in addition to development of the content, among other things expanding of social-communicative skills, such as acquisition or development of teamwork skills.

In a three-step process, the students have prepared in a teamwork content (in the field of production optimization), then prepared presentations and excercises for their colleagues. On this base, after the evaluation of the collegaues and the opinion of the interdisciplinary team of the lecturers, the expalanotz videos have been prepared by the students.
